I'm a middle-aged guy, and a Porsche has been the #1 item on my Christmas list since I was 16 years old, so it's an understatement to say this is a dream come true. That said, I have never come close to paying this much for a car, so it took me a long time to make my decision. John was patient and supportive the entire way, but he was never pushy. He answered my questions, shared options when he had them, and encouraged me at the end. Jamey Holt made the financing experience as painless and pleasant as possible, too. I'm still smiling everytime I step into that car and we are so thrilled with it. But, as good as this car is... the service was even better. Trust me, that is truly saying something. Chris treated us like family. He basically spent the entire day helping us make our decision. There was no pressure or salesmanship. He let us make our decision by being patient, thorough, and informative. He went out of his way to make sure this was the car for us. Our contact, Scott Chmiel, made sure he understood exactly what we were looking for. These was no high pressure or attempt to sell something we weren't interested in. Just plain straightforward conversations and discussions. Understand, our buying process consisted of looking at just about every brand of SUV and respective dealer. We chose Hennessy because of their no nonsense approach and the fact that Scott knows his product and was able to answer all our questions - ah, and of course because it's a Porsche! Awesome experience - if buying a new car can be an awesome experience then everyone we met certainly made it one! Kudos to Scott Chmiel for his direct approach to understand his customer and making sure we were happy and well taken care of. More
