My wife and I drove up one afternoon just to look at the car and were offered a test drive. We went home to think about it and the next morning we called him and told him we would take it. My first Porsche A few days ago I got my first Porsche, a 2017 718 Cayman in GT Silver. Owning a Porsche has always been a dream for me and my wife. We have had many A few days ago I got my first Porsche, a 2017 718 Cayman in GT Silver. Owning a Porsche has always been a dream for me and my wife. We have had many high-end cars, but never a Porsche. I fell in love with the car from the moment I test drove it. We live in South Florida and we flew to Atlanta to purchase the car from Hennessy for several reasons. First, they have the best prices in the country (trust me I spend months calling many dealers). As important as the price, dealing with Scott Hamilton was a pleasure. The deal was done mostly online and e-mails. He was responsive and true to his word, which these days is hard to find (at least in South Florida). When we got to the airport, Scott sent someone to pick us up; and as soon as we got to the dealer the car was ready in the delivery area. We went through the car thoroughly with Scott and as soon as that was done we went to the finance department with Jamey. Paperwork was fast with no pushy finance manager tactics to sell something you don't need. My next Porsche will be from Hennessy. As stated before, we have owned many high-end cars and the Hennessy buying experience was the best. Too bad I won't be able to service my car at their dealer. More
