Couldn't have asked for a better experience After Porsche's announcement of the New Macan, I waited (what seemed like forever) for them to hit the dealership lots. I scoured every Porsche dealership in the south looking for a dealership with the Macan I wanted to purchase. After not seeing any that matched what I wanted in my vehicle, I figured, I've waited this long, what's another 3 months to special order my own? I initially looked at another Porsche dealership closer to me than Hennessy but the salesman and interaction didn't meet my expectations. I'm a designer and have a high attention to detail. I expect my salesman, who sells and embodies the Porsche brand, to have the same attention to detail. As a side note, I look young and tend to get written off as somebody who "doesn't have the money" or is "just here to look and not buy". I read some not so great reviews of the dealership I initially was going to order my Macan through and decided to send an online inquiry to Hennessy. Within the hour, I received an email from Scott, asking me what I was interested in and got me in to test drive a 2018 (the 2019s weren't on the lots yet) and place an order for my 2019 Macan the next morning. I never once felt like I wasn't taken seriously. I placed an order for my 2019 Macan within an hour of arriving at the dealership. Since I was placing an order, I didn't receive a large discount, but the fact that I got a discount was something I didn't expect. When Scott went on vacation he provided me with another salesman that I could contact if I had any questions or needed tracking information for my build. I was notified at every step of the build and shipping process of my Macan. I even got a bow on it for delivery. :) I recommend Scott and Hennessy Porsche for your Porsche buying experience. Every part of the process was designed and streamlined which I highly appreciate. I've never had a smoother car buying experience. More

We kept Mike and the financial manager Jamey Holt late that evening without feeling pressured or rushed whatsoever. The folks at Hennessy was great to work with and made you feel like a valued customer. From the time I ordered the car from Michael Caldwell I felt Porsche cared about my purchase. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle operation was explained to me by Scott Hamilton who couldn't have been kinder and really new the ins and outs of the vehicle. I also spent time with Jamey Holt to finish our purchase documents and discuss additional options for the car. Jamey was incredibly nice and quickly walked us through what could have been a long drawn out process. Truly felt like a valued customer This was the first visit to the dealership. We scheduled an appointment via on-line chat. When we arrived Gene was ready for us. Even though the car wasn't a new Porsche, we were still treated as though we were purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. Gene was amazing. The test drive literally sold the car. He was able to talk about the various cars that I was exploring. With previous dealerships I was told "you don't want ____ car" Fill in the blank with a different brand of car. Gene didn't do that. I was able to talk about the differences and did decide that this car was definitely for me. I've had it for over a week and I'm in LOVE!! Even the financing portion was pleasant, and how many times can you say that, Sara Ali was wonderful. Would definitely recommend going to Hennessy and absolutely work with Gene! More

Completely disrespectful Unfortunately I had a terrible sales experience at Hennessy Porsche! I thought I had purchased a 2019 GT3 , I had negotiated a trade-in, agreed to pay Unfortunately I had a terrible sales experience at Hennessy Porsche! Signed a purchase agreement, sent a wire transfer for the full difference, Hennessy then prepared and reserved the transport to pick up my car and deliver the new one, I paid an extra $2,000 for that, was congratulated by the sales man, Gene McClure and now I'm waiting for my car to be picked up.. all done correctly. Well not for Hennessy Porsche, during the time it took to confirm the bank wire, Hennessy SOLD the car they had SOLD me to a walk-in. Unbelievably bad ethics, no respect or even an "I'm sorry " from the used car manager Drew something, he tried to make it seem i had done something wrong, further antagonizing me, great customer service tactics. Unfortunately Hennessy give the Porsche brand a bad wrap, these are not fair people. More
