5 star I had the most amazing time at the dealership, I got a loner,full tank of gas,one of the guys in the bay help me with my tail light. Way to go Lexus technician! A nail was also discovered in the side wall of one of my tires that had not been evident to me! Way to go Lexus technician! The inside and out were meticulously clean... no short cuts! Way to go Lexus technician! Service folks were stellar...from the greeters to the exit drive out!
