My purchase experience with Brian Gust was wonderful he receives 5 stars from me.. I brought my car in today to have Stonex PPF applied to my vehicle, an application I purchased on the day I bought the car receives 5 stars from me.. I brought my car in today to have Stonex PPF applied to my vehicle, an application I purchased on the day I bought the car. Don Park was my Service Advisor and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership! I was totally ignored. He never replied to my text. After sitting in the waiting room for an hour, I had to ask the cashier to reach out to him to speak to me about the loaner I was told I would receive. After my car was serviced I was handed a receipt and my keys by the cashier. He never came out to see me and never even told me where my car was parked. No one came out to inspect the car with me or ask if I was satisfied. I got home and noticed bubbles in the application of Stonex PPF on the hood of my car. I am beyond disappointed in the service I received. I am a black woman and I hope that this is not the reason I received such poor service. More

I was promptly greeted when pulling into the service drive. My temp was taken and I was offered refreshments and seating in the lounge. Thanks Max Kim for the quick response and a great service. On Friday May 8 I had called to schedule a service appointment for my car. They transferred me to a lady name Natalie in the service departm service. On Friday May 8 I had called to schedule a service appointment for my car. They transferred me to a lady name Natalie in the service department while we were talking we got disconnected. I call back twice but they keep transfering me to her I guess she recognize my number or didn't want to answer her phone. After being on hold for the second time someone transferred my call to John I left a message and didn't receive a response. Waited for about 3 hrs then at 3:13pm I decided to go online I saw Max Kim email and contact him for a last ditch effort. To my surprise he responded and schedule me for Monday at 10am. Now that makes me wonder how come Max responded so quickly but Natalie and John did not I guess that's the difference between great service and one's that don't really care. More
