Jack Ross is an excellent salesman that really looks out for his customers. We had an issue with our first service appt. after buying a Certified Lexus GX. The service advisor told us we would have to pay for his customers. We had an issue with our first service appt. after buying a Certified Lexus GX. The service advisor told us we would have to pay $550 to turn the rotors on the car on our very first service appointment after adding just 6000 miles on the Certified Lexus car. We felt this was unfair and contacted our salesman, Jack Ross. Jack was able to get the rotors turned at no charge. He handled the situation professionally and promptly. We really appreciate Jack's follow-thru with his commitment that he shared with us to help his customers whenever possible. Thanks again Jack for your help! You're a great guy to work with! More

Then I got a text with amount for diagnostic for $1175, I decide to talk with Paul service manager I explain what I was told from the first service adviser he decide to argue and was very rude and unprofessional, At this point is not about money is all about customer service, Paul is a horrible service manager, will not recommend this place to anybody l!!!
