Brian “Bad Service” Kim would not open door for my wife on a cold day for the test drive, he was in the vehicle first. Bad customer service. I have been using Lexus since my 2017 and every service is an extreme pleasure . My car has rarely required anything major and whenever it’s required that I have any services done I trust the knowledge of is an extreme pleasure . He is hones and accommodating and always gives me a thorough explanation of what is required & preventative. I have made the error twice of using two other dealerships for an oil change in a pinch but quickly learned that the service a Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett is unmatched an incomparable. I would love to have a new car but they keep mine in such excellent shape.
