We have used many car dealers over the years and always felt they were our adversary until we dealt with Hennessy Lexus. I feel like Jack Ross, my salesman, is my advocate instead of my adversary. He wants to earn your business, not just for today, but for years to come. We have purchased 4 Lexus vehicles from Hennessy and it is because of Jack and Drew Wagner, our service advisor. My wife was never happy leaving a car dealer service department prior to Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett, and she loves this dealership's service. Drew is the reason. Frank sold me my first car and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Having been in the market for an IS 250 for several months, I was very impressed with Frank’s detailed knowledge of the auto industry, the Lexus brand and every car in his inventory. I was also impressed with his patience as I never felt pressured to purchase a car that didn’t fit my criteria. For every car I drove and considered I was provided with a Carfax and detailed history report including maintenance records. Frank explained what everything meant and how the Lexus certification process works (What is replaced and why, etc.). From what I saw, Hennessy only sells cars with near perfect maintenance records. I was given an excellent and extremely fair price for my trade in and even a loaner car to take home after there were problems rolling one of my windows back up. In that respect, Frank did a great job handling what could have been a very stressful experience. As someone who works in the professional services industry, this is an invaluable skill to have when maintaining a clients trust and future business. It’s also something I don’t see often. Frank took great strides to make sure I received a great finance package. He made sure I was aware of every incentive available at the time including options related to my education that were not mentioned by other dealers. Along with putting no pressure on me, he essentially worked until 11 pm on a Friday night to make sure all of my documents were ready for the bank first thing Saturday morning. He kept me up to date throughout the approval process and everything was finalized that afternoon. Dave, the finance manager, was also great and explained everything in detail. For a first time car buyer, I really couldn’t have asked for more. I’ve had my Lexus for a week and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve already received a follow up call just making sure everything is going smoothly. Hennessy has very much lived up to its reputation and I look forward to doing business again in the future. I loved to hear he worked with other Coca-Cola Employees and that Hennessey works with Sparkfly which has a relationship with Coca-Cola. I felt that my time traveled from Southwest Atlanta and business was truly valued. I signed the dotted line and drove away feeling confident about my purchase which I can credit to Frank's experience, expertise and great customer service. We met Frank several years ago, while searching for our 1st Lexus at a different dealership. We were not impressed with them, and wound up at Hennessy. Since then, we have been back to Hennessy 5 times, an 1st Lexus at a different dealership. We were not impressed with them, and wound up at Hennessy. Since then, we have been back to Hennessy 5 times, and are now on our 6th Lexus. Frank is VERY knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He always works diligently with us and allows us the opportunity to compare vehicles without pressure. Lexus quality speaks for itself, but we believe it is employees like Frank, who care about the customer, that builds the realtionships that last throughout the years. Because of Frank, he makes Hennessy feel like family, and I am not going to shop anywhere else. More

The most remarkable part of my experience is that Frank's customer service did not end once he sold me the car. Frank gives me a call every now and then to see if there are any issues with the car or if there is anything that he can help me with. I call Frank with questions such as: (a) what are the best tires for my car? and (b) where can I fix a rock chip in my windshield? Frank is always responsive and extremely helpful. Frank is much more than a car salesman - he has become a friend. And from talking with other people that Frank has sold cars to, my experience is not unique. If you want a good deal and great customer service, go to Hennessey Lexus of Gwinnett and ask for Frank Mullin. Believe me - you won't regret it. More

I had searched several dealerships in an effort to trade a vehicle in which I was upside down. I met Karla and discussed my situation. She invited me to the dealership and said that she would do everythin a vehicle in which I was upside down. I met Karla and discussed my situation. The entire dealership was attentive to my needs and put me in the perfect car while keeping my payment within reason.
