We traveled from Charlotte, NC to purchase a new IS 250 from Hennessy because Frank Mullin went out of his way to get us the car I wanted when our local dealer did not. I have bought three cars from Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett over the past seven years and would recommend this dealership without hesitation to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and a dealership that seeks not only to provide a fair and transparent buying experience to their customers, but that also works to foster a long-term relationship with each client based on integrity and respect both during the sales experience and beyond. Most recently, my wife and I purchased a pre-owned GS430 from Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett through Frank Mullin of their Internet Sales Department. In making our most recent purchase with Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett, we were extremly impressed with the knowledgeable, patient and thorough manner in which Frank made the buying process a win-win situation for all concerned. My dealings with Frank during our most recent purchase was totally consistent with all of our prior dealings with Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett and their non-adversarial approach which is completely opposite to the the negative experiences I have had in years past when dealing with some other traditional car dealerships. Over the past seven years, my dealings with Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett and their employees, from my most recent work with Frank Mullin to my dealings in the past with other employees there (including sales, management, finance, service and technical personnel) have always resulted in a consistent and overwhelmingly positive experience and for these reasons, I would recommend Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett to anyone considering purchase of either a new of pre-owned Lexus. I'm not one that welcomes the whole car buying experience. But this go around, it was total opposite of past experiences. I actually arrived at the dealership about 10 minutes before closing. But Frank still greeted me with a smile and was willing to allow me to go out for a test drive. Because of the time, the buying process continued the following day. Although Mr. Mullin was scheduled off the next day, he made arrangements for Carla to assist me and he was available by telephone as well. Carla picked up where Frank and I left off the day before. Service with a smile from start to finish. First time I have every gone from test drive to closing the deal in a matter of 3 hours. As a consultant, my time literally is money. Thanks to Frank, Carla, and the staff for making my buying a experience one that was Quick and Pleasant. Keep up the good work. More

After the deal is complete Brian will work with you to complete the paper work, and provide the up most service during this part of the deal. When all of that is complete the back office or the service area is one of the most complete, honest, and friendly service departments I have every had the pleasure of working with especially Kent Owens. I have dealt with many dealers in the Atlanta area and I have bought over 10 cars in this area, and this dealership in my opinion is at the top of my list. More

I've bought many cars over the years, and my experience at Hennessy Lexus was by far the best. Not only was the vehicle in showroom condition, but the service was exemplary. Other dealerships let you sit at Hennessy Lexus was by far the best. Not only was the vehicle in showroom condition, but the service was exemplary. Other dealerships let you sit and wait for hours waiting for the back and forth during negotiations with some 'manager' whom you never see, and then waiting to get into finance. It's typically an extremely painful process. The staff at Hennessy Lexus from the salesperson to the finance manager to the customer service representative to the receptionist made me feel as though they truly appreciated my business and wanted me to be there. Not only did I receive the best vehicle at an unbelievable value, but I was treated like I was in 'First Class' the entire time, from initial emails to phone calls, and until I drive off the lot. Even afterwards, I've received several calls to make sure that I was satisfied. I am, and will look to Hennessy Lexus when I am in need of my next vehicle. More
