This is my third Lexus in 4 years I've bought from this dealer, specifically Frank Mullin. Frank is the reason I keep coming back to this dealer and wouldn't think of going anywhere. I originally started this process with a service call and decided to inquire about trading my car. I dealt with Frank Mullins after requesting some information online. Frank has worked very hard to make sure my experience is as positive as my last two purchases from Lexus. I previously bought from a dealership in SC and have always been very pleased. However, now that I am living in Atlanta I figured I would give Hennessey the oppportunity to sell me my third. I'm not one that welcomes the whole car buying experience. But this go around, it was total opposite of past experiences. I actually arrived at the dealership about 10 minutes before closing. But Frank still greeted me with a smile and was willing to allow me to go out for a test drive. Because of the time, the buying process continued the following day. Although Mr. Mullin was scheduled off the next day, he made arrangements for Carla to assist me and he was available by telephone as well. Carla picked up where Frank and I left off the day before. Service with a smile from start to finish. First time I have every gone from test drive to closing the deal in a matter of 3 hours. As a consultant, my time literally is money. Thanks to Frank, Carla, and the staff for making my buying a experience one that was Quick and Pleasant. Keep up the good work. More

When all of that is complete the back office or the service area is one of the most complete, honest, and friendly service departments I have every had the pleasure of working with especially Kent Owens. I have dealt with many dealers in the Atlanta area and I have bought over 10 cars in this area, and this dealership in my opinion is at the top of my list. More
