We were in the market for a new lexus and one of our friends suggested we use Hennessey. Our friend had been assisted by Frank Mullin many times and he arranged for us to meet with Frank. Frank was exceedingly accomodating and pleasant to work with. We test drove an RX 350 and made the purchase that very day. It was a pleasure to be taken care of in a "non-pushy" way. However, I must say that the experience that I had at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett, has been the most pleasant of all. The individual service given to my wife and I by Mike Harris was impeccable.His friendly and courteous personallity, along with his knowledge of the Lexus was exceptional.He gave his undivided attention to us toward every question ask, and provided us with the proper answer, that we were inquiring about in our questions. We never felt pressured in any way, and was very comfortable while durning business with Mike Harris. We ended up with a great vehicle and are very happy to have had such a wonderful buying experience. On 8/24/11 I purchased a 2011 Lexus ES350 from a wonderful sales person - Mike Harris. He was pleasant, easy to work with and made the entire experience stress-free. Once the sale was complete and before I took delivery of the car, Mike showed me around the dealership, and introduced me to people in the service department. He also walked through every feature of the car with me. Mike even set up the car's blue tooth for me! I really love my new car. It has the smoothest ride of any car that I have ever owned. This Lexus dealership blatantly LIED TO ME and upcharged me on my previous Lexus. When I approached them about it, there was an admission (after they knew I had several items of proof) but I received NO a me on my previous Lexus. When I approached them about it, there was an admission (after they knew I had several items of proof) but I received NO apology and NO reimbursement. I will never return to them because of it. Details: they said they had to SHIP MY CAR IN FROM ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR LOCATIONS (made it sound like out of state), and I would be charged $500 because they would put it on a flatbed truck to bring it here. I asked where this location was, and they wouldn't tell me. Red flag #1. When I received my car, it had more miles on it than my initial invoice, and the mileage was exactly the amount from their other dealership 5 miles away. So they CHARGED me $500 extra to DRIVE the car 5 miles...no flatbed truck. Nothing. Therefore, I will NEVER deal w/ Hennessey again and would encourage others to find a halfway honorable dealership. More
We visited several dealerships before we met Mike Harris at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. Each sales person we previously encountered seemed as if they didn't care whether we were there or not, much less if w at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. Each sales person we previously encountered seemed as if they didn't care whether we were there or not, much less if we bought a car from them. Only a few minutes after we met Mike Harris at Gwinnett, I hoped he would have the car we wanted because I actually wanted to buy a car from him! He was immediately personable and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. He was not pushy but very interested in hearing exactly what we were looking for and was more than willing to take whatever time necessary to try to help. Thankfully, they did have the car we were hoping for and we were very happy to purchase it from him. All of the staff at the dealership that we met were very friendly. The dealership is run professionally, with great respect for their customers and potential customers alike. We love our Lexus, and we loved the service we received at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. More
Buying a new car can be a daunting task for an older woman like myself. My husband was always the one who made such purchases for me in the past. But his health no longer allows him to take care of such tasks, so it was totally up to me to make a selection and take care of the deal. I went on line, as I knew I might like the Lexus. After finding the exact car,I did a search for where to find it. I set my heart on a particular color -- little did I know the Cerulean blue was going to be VERY difficult to find. However, once I was connected to Karla Jones at Hennessy Gwinnett, she made me feel that I was the ONLY customer in the world, and she set out to make my dream come true. With the help of her associates, they were able to locate one of only several cars in the country that would fit my request. Then they went the extra mile to make it happen. In days my beautiful EX350 was in Duluth...ready for me to pick up and drive home to Athens.! I have made friends for life at Hennesy Gwinnett. The staff took care of my every need, and made sure that I was satisfied in every way. Which I am. My new "dream car" is now a reality, and I am so grateful to Karla for her persistence. She has an excellent knowledge of the product, and her customer relation skills are beyond reproach. I also would like to commend the general manager, Hugh Robb, for his financial advice, and Brian Westbrook for easing me through the paper work so painlessly. I am a customer for life. More

Everything was first class during my purchase of a new 2011 Lexus ES 350. Karla Jones helped me find the exact car I wanted in short time. The actual car buying process was quick and painless with ZERO pressure and ZERO sales tactics that many other dealerships employ to “close the deal”. The Finance gentleman Brian Westbrook took a very consultative approach and evaluated my exact needs when he paired me up with available warranties and additional services. If something wasn’t a good fit for my needs, he quickly and honestly told me so. Again the experience felt more like purchasing from a longtime friend who would shoot you straight (And I had only known Brian for 5 minutes). Finally for my friends that questioned why not a BMW? The BWM, half sports car half luxury car, sounds kind of like an Enduro motorcycle. Doesn’t really do either very well! Can’t take it to the motocross track and jump with my CR250r, can’t take it to the mountains and keep up with my Suzuki Hayabusa. If you want a true luxury car that is smooth, quiet, powerful and comfortable you can’t go wrong with the Lexus ES350. If you want a true sports car check out the Porshe 911 turbo. More
