Everything was first class during my purchase of a new 2011 Lexus ES 350. Karla Jones helped me find the exact car I wanted in short time. The actual car buying process was quick and painless with ZERO pressure and ZERO sales tactics that many other dealerships employ to “close the deal”. The Finance gentleman Brian Westbrook took a very consultative approach and evaluated my exact needs when he paired me up with available warranties and additional services. If something wasn’t a good fit for my needs, he quickly and honestly told me so. Again the experience felt more like purchasing from a longtime friend who would shoot you straight (And I had only known Brian for 5 minutes). Finally for my friends that questioned why not a BMW? The BWM, half sports car half luxury car, sounds kind of like an Enduro motorcycle. Doesn’t really do either very well! Can’t take it to the motocross track and jump with my CR250r, can’t take it to the mountains and keep up with my Suzuki Hayabusa. If you want a true luxury car that is smooth, quiet, powerful and comfortable you can’t go wrong with the Lexus ES350. If you want a true sports car check out the Porshe 911 turbo. More
Frank is by far the best salesman I have ever worked with in over 45 years of buying cars. He cares! I visited Henessy Lexus to look into having the dash refinished on my wife's 1999 RX 300, which I also had purchased from Frank Mullin. It happened that he had another used RX; a 2005 RX-330 which he ha refinished on my wife's 1999 RX 300, which I also had purchased from Frank Mullin. It happened that he had another used RX; a 2005 RX-330 which he had personal knowledge of regarding the car's history. Long story short: after a test drive, financing inquiry and very short dialog, my wife now owns the 2005 RX-330. Frank Mullin is an excellent sales professional. He represents his organizations best interests while dealing with customers in an exemplary and truly remarkable way. I have now purchased two automobiles from Frank, and am confident I will continue doing so for many years. Dealing with him is a pleasure. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a positive and non-stressful car purchase experience. More

After shopping around at a number of dealers I knew I had found my 'home' when Karla contacted me after I had sent an email request for pricing on a new Lexus LX570. Given that I had recently come from a for found my 'home' when Karla contacted me after I had sent an email request for pricing on a new Lexus LX570. Given that I had recently come from a foreign country, I intended to buy a car that is like 'hen's teeth' and I was away for 12 days fly-fishing between the date I first made contact and the date of delivery it was always going to be a challenging transaction for the dealership. Howerver, they handled each issue with grace, aplomb and a keen sense of urgency that smacks of a world class service ethic. Of all things though I especially appreciate the fact that they accepted my word that I would do a deal if their price was right, regardless of the fact that I was incommunicado for 9 days and they could have easily sold the car in two seconds flat to someone else. They are a true family business who takes people at face value; something which is rare to find in today's business world. They are professional, friendly (especially Karla who oozes charm) and they delivered on every promise on time every time. I love the car and I just wish the dealership was closer to where I live as I would like to have all my services perfomed by Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett in future. I will definitely recommend this dealer to any of my closest friends. More

We recently bought a pre-owned RX350 from Hennessy Lexus and I must say that I was really impressed with the friedliness, politeness, technical knowledge and the customer centricity of the staff and I think and I must say that I was really impressed with the friedliness, politeness, technical knowledge and the customer centricity of the staff and I think I had the best car buying experience so far having bought 2 cars earlier from other non-Lexus dealerships. At the dealership I was supported by Bill Perillo, our point sales person, Brian W, finance manager and Tim Cox pre-owned sales manager who were all extremely friendly, willing to listen and answer questions and very easy to work with. It would be unfair on my part if I did not write a few lines about Bill Perillo and his exceptional customer service. He worked with me from Day 1 trying to find me the right car in my price range ... he was extremely patient trying to understand what matters to us and how he can get us a deal to our satidfaction. He answered all questions and clarified our concerns and helped us with a few things even after the sale. I sincerely thank him for his outstanding service and a wonderful human being that he is. The dealership must be proud of having people like Bill in their staff who are willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy & come back for more in the future. More
This dealership is deceptive! They use a bait and switch game to get you to their dealership and then you find out that the specific vehicle that you wanted - really isn't sitting on their lot. I was lied to, talked down to, had to listened to slick sales talk (slimy!), did I meantion I was lied to? And, just to be clear...I understand that people make mistakes and have misunderstandings...but this dealership is totally deceptive and when caught, will say they were misinformed. Funny how the car that I wanted had to come on a ship...and at the same time, my husband found it sitting on their lot way in the back and pulled off the inventory sheet. It's probably still sitting there today! Serves them right. More
