Although I have a Lexus ES, the Toyota V6 Solara is my daily routine car. I like it because it has a 5-speed, which is rare on that car. The clutch started slipping very slightly after 217,000 miles. So I parked it and starting getting quotes for replacing the clutch package, resurfacing and so forth. I went to several Toyota dealers and got prices ranging from $1500 to $1800 (that included a ridiculous $175 to resurface the flywheel), which I could have done at a machine shop for about $50. While at Hennessy Lexus for something else, I asked if they could do the job. CJ Agri came up with a price that was drastically cheaper than any Toyota dealer, including Atlanta Toyota, which is just down the street from Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. I had the car towed in by AAA (even though it was driveable) and received a 2011 Lexus ES350 loaner. Having the 2011 ES for several days was absolutely fantastic, for my older ES doesn't have a drive quality anywhere near the loaner car. I was given status updates each day or gathering parts and repairing the car. Although it was finished around 230pm, he told me I could bring the loaner back the next morning. My Solara felt just like new, well in my mind. It seemed perkier, started out faster and the clutch pedal was now light to the touch (which actually take a little getting used to). I am happy! Should you use them? Well, at least ask for a quote, because as I found, even though they are Lexus dealer, they work on other brands, even beyond Toyota. Ask for CJ. More
This is my second purchase from Hennessy. I initially submitted an on-line inquiry via the Hennessy website regarding an ES model that I was interested in. This was on a Sunday. Within an hour Frank Mu submitted an on-line inquiry via the Hennessy website regarding an ES model that I was interested in. This was on a Sunday. Within an hour Frank Mullins had responded to my inquiry. I eventually settled on an ES model but it was located at the other Hennessy store on Peachtree Industrial. Frank was instrumental in putting me in contact with King Hardy at the Atlanta store, who was able to close the deal on my ES. Both sales consultants were very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful thru out the entire process. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and will certainly look to doing business again with Hennessy in the future. More
This is my 4th buying experience at Hennessy Lexus. The sales and finance experience were exceptional, as always. Thanks to him, I can now operate my Lexus RX350 with more knowledge and that means "safe driving"!! Thanks Dan...you're literally a "lifesaver"! Also thanks to the GM, Mr. Robb, for not only thanking me personally once, but twice and offered his assistance if I ever needed it. Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett really does treat you like family! More
Living in Tennessee (4 hours from Hennessy Lexus) and being an engineer may have made a successful transaction difficult for most dealerships and sales people. Fortunately, working with Frank Mullin and Hennessy Lexus was easy and a pleasure. Again, as an engineer, I am very direct and very picky about the products that I purchase and the quality that I expect, including quality of service. Frank not only provided me with all of the information that I requested on the RX350 that we bought, he also provided me with even more detail than I expected (detailed pics, documents, etc). This was great considering that we were transacting everything while being roughly 250 miles apart. By the time we were done exchanging emails and information, I felt confident that I was purchasing a great car at a better price than I could find elsewhere and that the rest of our deal would go smoothly. When I arrived at the dealership several days later to finalize everything and pick up the RX, the car was great, Frank was more than helpful and the entire transaction went very smoothly. My wife and I were both extremely pleased and glad that we found Frank and Hennessy Lexus. I just wish we lived close enough to use Hennessy for our continued service. However, rest assured, when it is time for us to purchase another Lexus, we will be calling Frank. Please note however that it is unfortunate that some other dealerships just "don't get it". I tried working with several lexus dealers in TN and KY that were closer to me without success. The prices at a couple of them were outrageous and several did not even want to bother dealing with someone long distance by phone and email. Luckily, Frank and Hennessy truly wanted to earn my business and it showed. Again, they made my long distance dealings ultra smooth and pleasurable. Word of mouth is a powerful tool and one that I plan to use often regarding our experience with Frank Mullin and Hennessy Lexus. Thanks guys and gals!!! More
I spotted a beautiful car online and went to the Hennessey Lexus dealership to check the car out. We braced ourselves for a bad experience. When we arrived, we were introduced to Mike Harris, the salesman who would help us. Let me tell you about Mike. He was friendly, helpful, and not at all pushy. Neither was anyone! This experience was so rare, we were taken aback. In every other car dealership we ever visited, we had to "escape by the skin of our teeth" because the salesmen were "vultures" in their approach. But not Mike. In fact, when we left the dealership (I didn't buy the car on that visit), I went back to work and waited for the antics to start - I waited for the phone to ring, but it never did. I was even more confused because I just knew Mike would call trying to pressure me into buying that car. But it never happened. While on vacation the next week, I called Mike asking about the car again, and he helped me through the entire buying process "over the phone". He took the bull by the horns and helped me make the deal. When we went to pick up the car, the entire staff was so friendly and helpful. I still cannot believe the incredible experience we had, a one of a kind. All the staff at Hennessey should be applauded for standing out as different. They really do care for the customer, and it definitely show. I will be back....... More

Tim was great to deal with, as well. There was not a lot of back and forth which I appreciate as time is a valuable commodity these days. I have a lot of respect for Tim and how he goes about doing his business. The other nice thing about the dealership is that the service center is second to none. they are great to work with especially our service advisor Drew. More

We test drove the car and tried to work with the high pressure salesman at the dealership but could not get him to understand my wife was not settling for something she did not like. We were not impressed with the customer service there. My wife then went on line and discovered another vehicle she liked at Hennessy of Gwinett. We phoned Karla Jones and spoke with her about the car. She went above and beyond to go out in the RAIN and look the car over and send pics to my cell and e mail. She also made several trips back to the car with questions my wife had about the physical features and conditions of the car. We have never purchased a vehicle via the internet and had no intentions of doing so in this case, however, Mrs. Jones made the process so easy and comfortable that we did almost everything via e mail and I went to the dealership without my wife and made the purchase. The process was flawless and customer service from EVERYONE at the dealership was amazing. They even called the next morning to ensure I made it home OK and to make sure we were happy with the purchase. This was an amazing dealership!!!! More

I was looking to purchase a new 2012 CT200h. I worked with three different dealerships during the process. One of them by visiting the dealership and working with a sales person. The other two started by with three different dealerships during the process. One of them by visiting the dealership and working with a sales person. The other two started by me using the internet and that's how I got in contact with Frank Mullins. I new what options I wanted on the car and all three dealerships did not have the car on their lot. All three gave me pricing without knowing the others price. One of the dealers I did the back and forth on price and was told that the price could not get any better. Frank was able to give me the best deal, find the exact car I wanted,quickest delivery, no back and forth hassles with price and options. It was a great experience and would highly recommend Frank Mullin and Hennessy Gwinnett to anyone looking for a Lexus. He also has a vast knowledge of the Lexus and has been able to answer any questions or get answers quickly on anything during and even after the sale. More
