She earned my trust and respect from our first conversation. Not only did she help me narrow down my decision criteria, but she also gave me space to make the decision that best suited myself and my family. Beyond making the sale, Karla genuinely cares about her customers, follows up to ensure that they are satisfied, and works toward a long-term relationship. This car buying experience has been the most pleasant, by far, and I would highly recommend the folks at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett to anyone interested in a Lexus. Part of what made the car buying so satisfying was the collaborative culture at the dealership. I visited a number of dealerships in the Atlanta area and felt a palpable sense of competition and pressure among the sales consultants. At Gwinnett, however, I observed sales consultants sharing smiles, engaging in friendly exchanges with each other, and deferring to each other out of respect, authentic relationships, and a strong desire to deliver an outstanding customer experience. An example of the outstanding atmosphere I experienced was when I visited the dealership to test drive a vehicle. Karla had gone home for the evening, so Michael Hibbert kindly demonstrated the vehicle to me and organized an outstanding test drive. He selflessly shared his time and invested in relationship with me even though he stood little to gain. The type of collaborative interaction that characterized the partnership between Karla and Michael is one example of what made the car buying experience at the Gwinnett dealership so special. I have been extremely satisfied with my car, the purchase price, and the overall experience in buying the vehicle. Hands down, I would choose to purchase another vehicle at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. It is a special place that values it employees, its customers, and its culture. More

I spent a lot of time looking for the right vehicle. As soon as I drove the RX 350 I was sold. I live in an area where there is little to no negotiation on a vehicle. Frank answered my inquiry quickly (not an automated response, even though it was his day off), and over the course of several days ( and a LOT ) of correspondence I finally made my purchase. He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable and made me feel good about my decision. The whole process was fairly stress free and the pick up was pretty easy. He gave a pretty thorough "all about your car" lesson before we left the dealership as well, which I really appreciated. I would purchase another car from Frank and this dealership again. ! Thanks. I loved the way Frank made sure everything was ready by the time we were there at the dealership. It was also the shortest time ever in any dealership. No high pressure sales talk, no junk fees. Frank sent the numbers before I left the house, so I had enough time to make sure everything was in order. I spent approx 30mins going through the formalities to get my car. The rest of the time time was spent on learning how to use all the car features (which, btw was very detailed and pleasant). Frank gave me an awesome price as well. Great experience. More

Using cars.com, I found a great looking used Toyota Solara convertible at Hennessey Lexus. I inquired via email and soon got a response back from Frank Mullin. He also followed up with a phone call shortly thereafter. There was no pressure whatsoever from Frank, just a helpful, customer friendly approach. I wasn't able to come view the car for five days as I live about 2 hours from the dealership. Frank, working with his management team, was able to arrange holding the car until I could get up there. During the five days, we stayed in touch and Frank sent me inspection reports on the car as well as information on the previous owners. I made a "verbal handshake" agreement to take the car if the test drive went well. Frank advised me that he had to be at a previous commitment all day Saturday but had arranged a colleague to help me look at the car. The car was already cleaned and prepped, and was exactly as described. Needless to say, I bought the car and am very pleased with it. Frank and team did a wonderful job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or this dealership to anyone. Thanks for a great experience!! More

Each person cited above, performed at standards well above what I was expecting from the dealership. All of my questions were answered and when I was satisfied with the price offered, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, I made a purchase decision. Hennessy Lexus made me feel quite at home as opposed to feeling like just any other customer. My message: Keep doing what you are doing and you'll always have my business. More
