Lexus dealerships are supposed to be impressive. Hennessey Lexus of Gwinnett was no different in that regard. What impressed me infinitely more was the customer service level of Bill Perillo. He made me feel as if my pre-owned RX 350 purchase was just as important as someone buying a brand new Lexus. I went on a test drive with Bill after work the night prior to my purchase where he gave me the ins and outs of the vehicle. The following afternoon I came in to close the deal. Bill was supposed to leave for the day at 4:00 PM. As my bank was crosstown and would have to go there to pick up the dealer check. Bill waited until I went and came back (in rush hour traffic). After I completed filling out all the paperwork, closing out with the sales manager and purchasing additional protections, Bill still took the time to go through the workings of the vehicle with me before I left. It was 8:15 PM by the time we were done. The dealership had closed already. I truly appreciated his level of dedication. Bill is extremely competent about all aspects of purchase. From his knowledge of the vehicles, to trades, to the handling of insurance, to the financials; he was on top of it all. Everything being done with a friendly and courteous demeanor. Let's face it, the majority of us feel like we're going into battle when buying a vehicle. Bill made the process pretty much painless.
