I went to the dealership determined to purchase a ES350 with check/cash. I offered them a total out the door price and after some going back and forth I was offered two options - one in Georgia and the oth with check/cash. I offered them a total out the door price and after some going back and forth I was offered two options - one in Georgia and the other in Florida which I was told will be a few thousands lesser (since I had a residence in Fl at that time). After giving a deposit (they did not have the color I wanted at that time), I took the offer of purchase in Florida. After nearly two weeks I got a call from them saying the car had arrived. When I went back, ready to pay, I found out to my dismay that they had made the Florida offer without the tax component. Effectively they had wasted two trips and 10 days of my time. They had hidden this fact till the last minute since I had repeatedly asked for the written copy of the offer and they never sent it. I find it very unethical and feel tricked into believing that I would be paying lesser in Florida (even though it is actually higher because of an extra registration fee). There seems to be no consequence for this behavior of the dealers and I am not sure why they think anyone walking into the dealership are less than intelligent. More
On 31-DEC-2012, I took delivery of Lexus #12. A new 2013 Lexus LS460L (Black / Parchment). This is my 9th lexus from Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett and Mr. Joe Robb. Joe (and Julie, inventory manager) were able to find one of the most difficult color combinations, and kept me posted on the shipping progress. Delivery was PERFECT, with the assistance of Dan Dupress (technology specialist) and even helped to get my iPhone synced with my "info-tainment" system. Nice job to all ! I will be back .. More

Lexus dealerships are supposed to be impressive. Hennessey Lexus of Gwinnett was no different in that regard. What impressed me infinitely more was the customer service level of Bill Perillo. He made me feel as if my pre-owned RX 350 purchase was just as important as someone buying a brand new Lexus. I went on a test drive with Bill after work the night prior to my purchase where he gave me the ins and outs of the vehicle. The following afternoon I came in to close the deal. Bill was supposed to leave for the day at 4:00 PM. As my bank was crosstown and would have to go there to pick up the dealer check. Bill waited until I went and came back (in rush hour traffic). After I completed filling out all the paperwork, closing out with the sales manager and purchasing additional protections, Bill still took the time to go through the workings of the vehicle with me before I left. It was 8:15 PM by the time we were done. The dealership had closed already. I truly appreciated his level of dedication. Bill is extremely competent about all aspects of purchase. From his knowledge of the vehicles, to trades, to the handling of insurance, to the financials; he was on top of it all. Everything being done with a friendly and courteous demeanor. Let's face it, the majority of us feel like we're going into battle when buying a vehicle. Bill made the process pretty much painless. I would recommend Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett and more so the skills of Bill Perillo to provide you with a desirable vehicle purchase experience. More
