I had my RX within two weeks. Here are a few things I like about Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett and Frank specifically: - Frank will not let you buy a car you don’t love. He is not in the game to make a quick sale. He asks questions, knows what you want, and bends over backwards to find it. - Frank (and anyone else I’ve worked with at HLG) does not add pressure. This is key. - Frank spends lots of time with you. He pulls comparisons, CARFAX records, maintenance records, financing options, and tons of other documents so you know you’re getting a fair deal. - Frank will call you on his days off if necessary. In addition, he responds to emails, calls, and texts in a timely manner. You feel like you’re his only client. I highly recommend HLG and Frank. There is a reason they are ranked so well.
