Frank took the time to explain the features in the new Lexus ES and even showed me how the navigation now performed better I was deadset against it!. Having the car for about 2 weeks I am thankful for Frank taking the time to show me what it could do and very glad I got it. We waited a year for the arrival of the new RX and Mr. Hugh Robb went the extra mile to obtain the nightfall mica with parchment interior RX 350 that we desired; when other dealerships failed. Mr Joe Robb was extremely knowledgeable of the advanced features in the new RX 350. He was able to demonstrate and setup a fully loaded version, when other dealerships barely knew the new car was on their lot.
