Within 10 minutes, Andy called me to let me know the specific vehicle I was looking at was sold but was quick to tell me about several others, in inventory, that were similar to what I was looking at. The next day, I scheduled time to meet with Andy to look at and drive several cars. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to explain the different features of each car and provide his opinion on what he felt was important and what wasn't. I decided on the car I wanted and let him know I would be back later in the evening to complete the transaction. He told me what he would need from me to speed up the process and even followed up during the day to ensure I had everything to him early so they could have everything ready for me when I got there. When I got to the dealership, he immediately took me to the finance manager who had all my paperwork ready for me. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. This was by far, the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. I would say that Andy was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
