Great dealership and great salesman Mike Harris understood what I wanted with my first purchase for my daughter. When it was time to buy another Lexus I called Mike. My service person CJ always makes sure I have a car to drive when it’s time for service. Next time I want to upgrade I will call Mike Harris because I know he will find the car right for me and I’ll get a fair price , plus it’s a full service agency and I can trust them. They saved me money on a repair for my daughters Lexus that another car repair service was going to charge much more to do and wanted to do it when it wasn’t needed yet. The Best of the Best I have known and worked with Mike for over 10 years now. The constant theme thru all of these sales has been the fact that Mike has treated all of us like family and that goes for the entire Hennessy team - before, during and well after the sale. My mist recent purchase was a car that I have been looking for since my very first Lexus purchase and Mike knew what I wanted, He had me come in and I left that afternoon with the car and I don't know if he will ever be able to get me out of this one. Then again I said the same thing about the one before that. Mike is extremely knowledgeable about the Lexus product line for past, presnet and future product. He has advised me in the past to wait for a newer model,knowing that I wuld come back to him and not take my business anywhere else. For a salesman to pass on an immediate sale to take care of his client, I believe says it all about the integrity of Mike. More

We never felt any pressure at all to make a decision but when we did decide on a purchase he was quite efficient on getting all of our paperwork done and getting us out the door. There were a few issues that needed to be followed up on and they were very proactive making sure they were all accomplished in a very timely fashion. The entire dealership is just a very first class operation. You pretty much get treated like royalty :-) More
