An Excellent Car Buying Experience I had a specific car I was looking for and saw one advertised at Hennessy Lexus Of Gwinnett. I went to the dealership to have a look and Britt Kaminsk I had a specific car I was looking for and saw one advertised at Hennessy Lexus Of Gwinnett. I went to the dealership to have a look and Britt Kaminsky was my sales consultant. Britt is absolutely an exemplary professional. His presentation of the car, features, etc. was outstanding. We went for a test drive and had good conversation throughout. My BMW had been totaled at a time when I did not need to be taking on a car payment. This made it a stressful situation for me rather than a fun exciting time. Britt was a good listener and very understanding. As for the dealership, I was impressed that rather than just acquiring the car for a certain amount and then selling it as is for a profit, (as so many dealers do) they actually took the time to perform some maintenance items on the car. Air filter, cabin air filter, oil change, two new tires on the front (to match the already like new ones on the back), brake pads on the rear and check battery. To sum it up, Britt and the dealership made it a car buying experience that customers wish they could have. More

Come see Britt Kaminsky, the hype is real I owned a 1997 Camry for 11 years; it was my granddad's car with untold sentimental value (I kept it in mint condition). I initially looked into a Lex I owned a 1997 Camry for 11 years; it was my granddad's car with untold sentimental value (I kept it in mint condition). I initially looked into a Lexus as I'd progressed to the point of easily affording one but chose to keep my Camry after my initial research. Three weeks ago, the car was rear-ended while parked and insurance totaled it out. I checked with Carmax, Nalley and other dealerships that had the Lexus I was looking for and if you are in this boat, like you, I wasted my time. I stepped into Hennessy and the atmosphere was different. Britt listened intently as I explained that I've been searching for awhile and pretty much knew exactly what I wanted. He walked me through every available scenario and treated me as if I was the _only_ priority in the world. Truth be told, I'd have bought the car for double the list price thanks entirely to Britt's trustworthiness and willingness to help. If you are reading this, there is a reason all of the other reviews of Britt are spectacular, go see for yourself. If you can't find the right car at the right price at Hennessy while working with Britt then the problem isn't with Hennessy or Britt. More

He answered all my questions and concerns during the purchasing process. He went beyond the call of duty to make sure all my demands was meet such as color of vehicle, price and payments I wanted to obtain during my purchase. All my demands were meet. I was also provided with my sales rep personal cell number to reach out if had further questions even after departing from the dealership.
