He was a pleasure to work with as well, especially in working his magic to help us get a lower interest rate as well as 2 additional years of warranty. I was originally looking for a pre-owned ES 350. But I found a better deal in the form of a GS 350. I am very happy with the whole process and am extremely pleased with the GS 350. The car has a very smooth ride with plenty enough power to get me in trouble. Thanks again Mike & Rich for staying later than you’re supposed to and helping us close the deal within the day! More
