Mike Harris was the salesman helping us in examining the car as well as working with us when it came to negotiation. We also worked with Rich, who was the person responsible for financing. He was a pleasure to work with as well, especially in working his magic to help us get a lower interest rate as well as 2 additional years of warranty. I was originally looking for a pre-owned ES 350. But I found a better deal in the form of a GS 350. I am very happy with the whole process and am extremely pleased with the GS 350. The car has a very smooth ride with plenty enough power to get me in trouble. Thanks again Mike & Rich for staying later than you’re supposed to and helping us close the deal within the day! More
