I was weary of goin We needed to replace our 2008 RX350 with a younger used RX due to an accident. We looked at several other dealers and vehicles. I was weary of going to any dealership because of past experiences, however, Yoon was a pleasant surprise. We found the perfect car and the buying experience was better than expected. She was up front on pricing and we realized we had a good deal. No surprises. Everyone has to go see finance and we worked with Jin Kim. We provided our own loan and she politely asked if she could provide a quote to compare and I refused. That was it - no pressure, no games. It was a classy experience, exceeding expectations and went a long way improving my opinion about buying from a dealership. I will definitely go back when in the market and hopefully find Yoon and Jin. Yoon is a great ambassador for Hennessy and Lexus . It was what car buying should be - no buyer's remorse. However, I wanted to ensure that I had als During my recent search for a 2018 Lexus NX 300, I found one through Carmax that appeared to fit the bill. However, I wanted to ensure that I had also explored any new and/or Certified Pre-Owned Lexus products at the local Lexus dealers. After scouring the lot at Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta, I proceeded to Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett--and I'm so glad I did. I was paired up with one of their consultants--Britt Kaminsky. I explained to Britt that my primary focus was on finding a 2018 vehicle but that I had found something that looked good on Carmax's website. He showed me everything on the lot and checked the inventory for other new and used options. Then he asked me about the vehicle I was considering purchasing from Carmax. He ran the VIN through the Lexus system and was able to provide more detailed information about the vehicle than I received from Carmax! He was able to confirm that the vehicle had been serviced at a local Lexus dealer in Atlanta for its initial two (2) service calls. Britt earned my respect through his honesty and his willingness to go "above and beyond". Ultimately, I decided to purchase the Carmax vehicle, but I will absolutely make it a point to deal with Britt on any future car purchases through Lexus. While I did not make a purchase through this dealership, you can bet that I will be singing their praises and referring friends to Britt in the future. Please know just how much I appreciated this sales consultant's integrity and honesty. He is a true professional! Thank you! More
