Best Car buying experience I've ever had! So I walk into the dealership at random and catch Britt at the entrance having a chat. He immidiately stops what he is doing and offers to help. I am a Lexus fan and currently own a 3 to date so he did not need to sell me. However, I am amazed at the steps he took to earn my business. I. He went straight into asking what I was looking for in my potential purchase. 2. He took the time to show me what was available and narrowed the list down to two possibilities. 3. He treated me with respect and courtesy 4. He never tried to patronize me. 5. He was honest in disclosing all their fees and pricing out the door. 6. He made sure the process was direct and transparent. 7. He made me reasonable offer, matched my credit union's offer... then took me to talk to the financing guy who then beat the offer from the credit union. This might seem like a lot but I am not new to the car buying process, but the way Hennessey does business is the reason why they earned my business. Kudos Britt, Kudos Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. PS: I love my 2015 GS350 :) More

No pressure. I came to the dealership looking for a car not necessarily the RX 350, but after driving the car I realize that was the car for me. However the color combination combination. wasn't what I was looking for and I gave myself associate the specs for the car I was looking for and would be back in touch. He didn't try to push that car on me and took my information and got back with me within a couple of days. We were able to drive the car the next day. I was traveling so we had to negotiate over the phone, very honest and non pushy conversation. I would recommend this dealership to my friends. More
