College student trade in for a new car! Britt is by far the best car salesman I've had experience with. He is not your stereotypical, pushy car salesman. Britt truly cares about your wants and needs and puts them first. I never felt suckered in or stressed into buying a car from him. He wants to make sure the car you’re looking into will bring value to you and your everyday life needs. He made my entire experience wonderful and joyful. He knew all the details (down to the tiny specs) of the car I was buying - which is incredible because it wasn’t even a Lexus! It was a Chevy, a trade in from another family. Britt knows everything about each product on the lot and provides wonderful alternatives when considering multiple options. Another thing that stood out to me was his time - the only time I had available to make the purchase was his only day off. But he still showed up with a great attitude and made sure that I was ready to make my big purchase. He really takes care of his customers and I couldn’t recommend him enough! Go see Britt!! More
Hennessy did not disappoint I went to Hennessy to test drive an ES 350 which is the vehicle I thought I wanted. Although the first test drive left me pleased, I wasn’t exactly ex I went to Hennessy to test drive an ES 350 which is the vehicle I thought I wanted. Although the first test drive left me pleased, I wasn’t exactly excited. So I brought my husband back to come test drive it. We arrived around 7pm when a salesman informed us it was too late to test drive a car because the dealership closed at 8 and they would be closing the gates. He said we could only test drive it in the parking lot. That was ridiculous so we asked for the sales manager who quickly informed us that salesman was incorrect and he instead pointed us to over Mike. Mike took us on that test drive, but after listening to our wants from a car, he realized the ES wasn’t exactly what we were looking for. He had us sit in and IS and we never even started that one because the feel was too cramped inside. After that he knew that the GS was exactly what we were looking for. After we test drove it, we immediately knew that was the car for us and we proceeded to buy it. Mike made the entire experience a very pleasant one and the sales manager did a great job turning our experience around by pointing us to him. Best Car buying experience I've ever had! So I walk into the dealership at random and catch Britt at the entrance having a chat. He immidiately stops what he is doing and offers to help. I am a Lexus fan and currently own a 3 to date so he did not need to sell me. However, I am amazed at the steps he took to earn my business. I. He went straight into asking what I was looking for in my potential purchase. 2. He took the time to show me what was available and narrowed the list down to two possibilities. 3. He treated me with respect and courtesy 4. He never tried to patronize me. 5. He was honest in disclosing all their fees and pricing out the door. 6. He made sure the process was direct and transparent. 7. He made me reasonable offer, matched my credit union's offer... then took me to talk to the financing guy who then beat the offer from the credit union. This might seem like a lot but I am not new to the car buying process, but the way Hennessey does business is the reason why they earned my business. Kudos Britt, Kudos Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. PS: I love my 2015 GS350 :) More

I test drove it on Friday after work and I was in LOVE. I worked with Yoon Mironov and she was awesome. I liked that she was persistent and not pushy. She is extremely responsive and takes care of all of your needs. She is a sweetheart and very easy to work with. I love my new car and we came to a great deal! Please ask for Yoon when you're ready to purchase your next Lexus!!!!! More
No pressure. I came to the dealership looking for a car not necessarily the RX 350, but after driving the car I realize that was the car for me. However the color I came to the dealership looking for a car not necessarily the RX 350, but after driving the car I realize that was the car for me. However the color combination combination. wasn't what I was looking for and I gave myself associate the specs for the car I was looking for and would be back in touch. He didn't try to push that car on me and took my information and got back with me within a couple of days. We were able to drive the car the next day. I was traveling so we had to negotiate over the phone, very honest and non pushy conversation. I would recommend this dealership to my friends. More
