Superior sales staff My wife and I had a Lexus 2008 RX-350 and we loved it. However it was showing signs of its age. So we decided to go shopping at Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett. We had used Hennessy exclusively for repairs and maintenance of the RX-350. We knew the establishment was all about quality. Our expectations were verified as, Chad Armstrong listened (really listened) to what we wanted, He made it seem too easy as he picked out two or three cars for us to test drive. By the time we pulled the car back to the lot we had decided this was the car for us. Mike was very cordial, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely patient. He covered all details, answered all questions and provided me with several alternatives. He presented himself as the consummate salesperson and remained that way throughout the purchasing and delivery process. He even came in on his off day to make sure that I was taken care of and to make sure that everything was in order for a smooth delivery. Sales Manager, Brad Zeller, gave me an awesome trade in value for my vehicle and Rich Mahoney got even a lower interest rate that I had received from a Credit Union.
