I contacted Yoon online and began to discuss purchase price and I got a fair offer. I went to the dealership and I got to the see the car as soon as I got there. No time wasted. Filled out credit app and after a while, everything was done and I drove my new car a few hours later. This was the fastest experience I've had in buying a car from a dealership. There were no games or anything like that, just straight to business. She honored the deal she mentioned on the phone and in this day and age where sales often lie about a certain deal or offer just to try to bring you in to the dealership, this was much appreciated. She doesn't pressure you into the purchase or anything and she's very friendly. I prefer buying cars from friendly personalities better as I'm more comfortable as opposed to hearing technical lingos within every sentence but that's just me. Would definitely come back! More

We told him we had never driven a Lexus before, and he introduced us to the brand. He answered all our questions and took us on a couple of test drives, new and certified. He never pressured us to buy and was so patient as we took test rides with him on 3 occasions before we found the perfect car for us, considering interior, exterior and features.
