Brandon was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, took care of every step of the sales process, and followed through on every little detail. I have to also give Kudos to Jin Kim in finance. She was very personable and expeditious in her work. My wife told me she was never going back to any other dealers after this experience! Great experience with Dylan Dylan was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive with answering all my questions whether they were through email or text. This was the first time that I have purchased a car from another state so there were a few things we didn't quite understand, Dylan was very patient and did everything to keep the sale on track I did have an issue which doesn't need to be explain with a person in the parts department via phone and the dealership did everything they could to try and resolve the issue. There wasnt any resolve to it on my behalf but Dylan ran back and forth trying to get to the bottom of that bad experience. I don't feel that employee actions reflects the entire dealership and I wouldn't let that stop me from purchasing another car from this dealership if that opportunity presented itself. More
