I was up front in the fact that I did not want any run around or typical car sale gimmicks as that is always something we have been faced with in the past when buying a car. Daniel was honest, professional, friendly, listened, and told us the bottom line price he that could offer on the car we were looking to buy. He listened to our questions and never made us feel rush or pressured. He is extremely knowledgeable on the Lexus brand which was important to us as we had a lot of questions about the brand. This was our first Lexus purchase and I have to say it was by far our most positive car buying experience. Another thing I would like to mention is that I wanted a specific leather color interior that was not showing on the internet. When I asked Daniel about the leather color I wanted he told me they had one, but the price was more than the vehicle we had been discussing. He offered to ask his manager to match the price of the car with the leather I wanted before I could ask him about lowering the price on the more expensive car. That said a lot about Daniel as a person and a salesman. He is fabulous! We ended up purchasing a 2019 Lexus UX 200. I LOVE the car! I have already told a friend to speak to Daniel when she gets ready to purchase her next Lexus. This is our first Lexus, but thanks to Daniel I do not think it will be our last Lexus purchase! More

Fourth Lexus from Hennessy - 15 minutes in and out! I selected my vehicle in advance and asked for a specific time to get in and out. My office made wagers on how long it would take.... with the longe I selected my vehicle in advance and asked for a specific time to get in and out. My office made wagers on how long it would take.... with the longest being 3 hours. GUESS WHAT??? Rich Mahoney had me in and out of finance office in 13 minutes. I was in my car and out the door in 15 minutes. Electronic desktop review and signing of paperwork is awesome. Taking home a thumbdrive with paperwork instead of a huge stack of paper was great too! Love this dealership! More
