So… I contacted Mike, told him what I was interested in and he emailed the information on the cars so I could review them at home. I scheduled an appt to meet with Mike and test drive the 2020 RX 350. I was immediately impressed with Mike’s kindness and making me feel at ease. There was no pressure at all to “hurry up and purchase” a car. I don’t like pushy salespersons and have walked away from making deals when I feel pressured. We worked on a deal which I took home to think about and contacted Mike the next morning to finalize the deal. He worked very hard to get me the best deal possible and I’m very pleased with the outcome. When I returned to take ownership of the car, Mike had everything preprogrammed - door locks, lights, radio, seats, climate control, nav system, and even connected my phone before I left. He went over everything in the car and answered any questions I had. I could not have asked for someone going over and beyond with superb customer service to make their customer happy with their new purchase. Mike is professional, thorough, knowledgeable & very patient and cares about his customers. Mike is outstanding in selling cars, but he believes in making a friend and not just a deal. Got My Dream Car! I had my eye on this car for a few years now, every time I would see one drive by I would turn my head. It is the ultimate mom car. I was waiting for I had my eye on this car for a few years now, every time I would see one drive by I would turn my head. It is the ultimate mom car. I was waiting for the perfect model in a specific color with all the options to come along and in the price range I could be comfortable with. I have been casually looking and waiting. Well, my wait came to an end when Michael Tran sends me a photo of this beauty and of course I asked about the options and he responds its everything you are looking for plus more. All this happened during the pandemic and Michael actually drove the car to my home to let me see it for myself. It was an instant yes the second he pulled in my driveway with a big red bow! Of course we did the "does it fit in the garage" check. and when that door closed I asked Michael where do I sign? He handled all the paper work for me, got me a great deal with an good rate! He even came back to show me all the features on car and set up my garage door opener to my car. I am so happy with my car and the process was so easy and mostly contactless.
