I specifically asked for a Maintenance Service Pkg with my Lexus. I was told it is NOT offered with LEXUS vehicles. This was my first Lexus. 2023/ES350 Ultra Luxury. To find out later that was a lie was qu my Lexus. I was told it is NOT offered with LEXUS vehicles. This was my first Lexus. 2023/ES350 Ultra Luxury. To find out later that was a lie was quite upsetting!! The vehicle is exceptional! However, it was NO reason to lie about an additional packages that I Specifically Requested to be included. The vehicle sales itself, but the lie diminishes the dealership. It should be about establishing along term relationship with the client for them to return & purchase future vehicles & refer others. Unfortunately, I needed to trade my 1-year old 350h in as the redesign of the hood in 2023 made it challenging for me to drive. I can safely say, it's likely never a financially optimum thing to trade in a brand new car! However, Mike understood and showed me the cars that had the right hood height and told me which models would work. I drove off with a beautiful car and am very thankful to have had Mike to trust my challenge with. More
