Brandon was very friendly and helpful always returned my calls at a fast pace and answered every question I had, he even helped set up my Bluetooth. Update: I've been having complications with the car since the first week of purchase when I called to have it looked at or fixed I was told it was nothing they could do about it, and advised me to cut on and of the car. Simple thing that should have been done before purchase like changing the air filter or a oil change was overdue on the car, the more I got fixed with the car (having it only a year now) the issue didn't stop. I found out last week that the issue I had been having with the car since I had received it, that obviously kept getting worse with time is the transmission was going out.. yep the transmission. To say I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied would be an understatement and just to note that sadly that has not been the only issue. Within 3 months of me having the car I also had to get the ECM fixed as well. I felt the need to give this update because of the amount of deception in order to sell this car to me was great and the only thing greater than that deception was how much they did not care to rectify the situation. Please if you're not a mechanic or have a mechanic to go with you do not purchase from this company. More

Nick is truly unlike any other car salesman I met before. I test drove a vehicle and was planning to purchase it, however it didn't feel right. I could tell there was some type of transmission issue but wasn't entirely sure. Nick offered to jump in the driver seat to see if he could find the problem. He immediately said yes, something isnt right but I will make sure to get it checked out immediately. The next day, he gave me a call saying it was a bigger problem than we were thinking, so he didn't want to sell me the vehicle but just for the trouble he would help me find another car and even gave me suggestions about cars that weren't even on his lot! He truly cares about his customers whether he makes a sale or not. That is very rare. He is honest and so great to work with.
