Jack Ross is an excellent salesman that really looks out for his customers. We had an issue with our first service appt. after buying a Certified Lexus GX. The service advisor told us we would have to pay for his customers. We had an issue with our first service appt. after buying a Certified Lexus GX. The service advisor told us we would have to pay $550 to turn the rotors on the car on our very first service appointment after adding just 6000 miles on the Certified Lexus car. We felt this was unfair and contacted our salesman, Jack Ross. Jack was able to get the rotors turned at no charge. He handled the situation professionally and promptly. We really appreciate Jack's follow-thru with his commitment that he shared with us to help his customers whenever possible. Thanks again Jack for your help! You're a great guy to work with! More

Brandon was very friendly and helpful always returned my calls at a fast pace and answered every question I had, he even helped set up my Bluetooth. Update: I've been having complications with the car since the first week of purchase when I called to have it looked at or fixed I was told it was nothing they could do about it, and advised me to cut on and of the car. Simple thing that should have been done before purchase like changing the air filter or a oil change was overdue on the car, the more I got fixed with the car (having it only a year now) the issue didn't stop. I found out last week that the issue I had been having with the car since I had received it, that obviously kept getting worse with time is the transmission was going out.. yep the transmission. To say I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied would be an understatement and just to note that sadly that has not been the only issue. Within 3 months of me having the car I also had to get the ECM fixed as well. I felt the need to give this update because of the amount of deception in order to sell this car to me was great and the only thing greater than that deception was how much they did not care to rectify the situation. Please if you're not a mechanic or have a mechanic to go with you do not purchase from this company. More
