The rating should be in the negative. I found a RX 500h on their website. I have access to True Car pricing through my Amex and Navy Federal accounts. True Car immediately sends the dealership the price and my contact information. There are no surprises on my end or the dealership. If they did not want to honor the price, the dealership should not have reached out to me. Hussein Ahmadu reached out to me for a test drive. I told him that I would come out if he honored the True Car price, let me use my own financing, and that they not try to up sale me the warranties. We agreed. Turns out, the car was not available and it already had a deposit on it (First red flag). He says but i have a white car that is similar. I was clear that I am only interested in Black on Black. Why invite me to test drive a car that is not what I want? A week or so later, the dealership reached out to me because the black car was available again (Second red flag). I drove to Duluth from the Peachtree City area ready to purchase the car. The finance manger, Dillion (acts as if he is slicker than slime) brings out pricing that is almost $10,000 more than the True Car price. I said no. He says the True Car offer is expired (It was not! The expiration date is 9/19/2024). Then, he says I only have one and can’t match the price. If I had ten, I could match the True Car price. Some car dealerships think that consumers, especially women when it comes to purchasing a vehicle, are dumb and desperate. I am neither. I can fly to Tampa and purchase a a car with more upgrades for almost $5,000 less than what Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett was offering. In addition, they tried to lowball me on my trade-in. I then informed them that I had an offer from CarMax and I would sale it to them or keep my car as a second car. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN HONEST DEALERSHIP, IT’S DEFINITELY NOT THIS ONE! More

"On 7/22, my daughter and I visited the Gwinnett dealership and spoke with Joe Harmer. We were interested in buying a Lexus vehicle. As we talked about the inventory available, it felt as if the conversation or he became defensive, this was certainly my feeling. He began to take phone calls during our discussion and after he left to take call number 3, it felt like he was gone for more than 5 minutes so my daughter and I decided to leave. My daughter went across the street to the Acura dealership and bought a new vehicle which was also an interest of hers. I will continue to look for my next Lexus but not at Hennesy Gwinnett!! I felt as though we were not a priority or not important enough to have his undivided attention!! So too bad for him and that dealership as they lost two sales :( Dissatisfied with Customer Service.
