I purchased my RX 350 a little over a week ago. The entire experience was great so I give it 5s across the board ! I went in on a Tuesday or Wednesday to do a test drive. I was immediately greeted at reception and hardly had to wait two minutes before my salesman, Lou Melikian, came out to show me one of the showroom RX350s. He did an excellent job going over all the features before and during my test drive. He was great at selling the vehicle without being pushy. Before I went in that day, I had test driven a couple of other cars and originally had plans to leave Lexus and go check out some others. BUT, I ended up leaving knowing that I didn't need to test drive anything else. I was positive the RX 350 was the car I wanted! Over the next couple of days I worked with Lou on pricing. I admit that I was a little worried about this part of it, but it went really smoothly. So, that Friday, once the final price was settled, I went in to purchase. I loved that I got a tour of the service center and met my service rep. Such great customer service! I met with Angel Mercado for the financing part of the purchase. I expected this to take forever. I was wrong- it went so smoothly and hardly took any time. Next Lou took me out to my car. He went over all the bells and whistles and answered all my questions. He was very thorough. Once that was done, I felt completely ready to drive the car off the lot. Needless to say, my experience with Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta was wonderful! When you go, ask for Lou! More

I contacted Chip via phone and e-mail describing the 2010 RX 350 my wife desired. Hennessy Lexus did not have the exact automobile so Chip found the car we wanted and had it delivered the next day. The sales price was fair and some extras were provided at no cost. After the sale, Chip spent several hours going over all the features of our new RX 350 late into the night. Chip is an outstanding salesman with the highest integrity. My second contact was with Jay Burnett, Hennessy’s New Car Sales Manager, who is a true professional. Jay personally expedited all the paperwork, helped get a great trade in value on our Mercedes and made buying a new car painless. Anytime I have a question or special request, Jay is always willing to help. Ray Pastoric, my Hennessy Service Consultant, always goes the extra mile in servicing our RX 350. We were fortunate to stumble upon Chip Whatley, who is by far the best salesperson we have worked with at Lexus.
