He was busy when we arrived but another sales person took over, was very friendly and helpful, linked us back to Chip and the sale went our e-mail. Chip was very open and honest in his dealings with us and had everything very organized when we arrived to make the deal. He spent a large amount of time showing us the car computer and other features and even drove to our house to let us back in when we realized our garage door opener was in our old vehicle! We can't say enough about how Hennessey Lexus deals with its customers in terms of sales and indeed, service (being a returning Lexus owner). We love our new car! More

This is is the third car I have bought or leased from Don Bonura at Hennessy Lexus. Don is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough without (most importantly) being overbearing or obnoxious. Let's face it...buying a car for most is not fun. I worked w/ Chip (and another dealer) for about a month just through email. The other dealer called me frequently but Chip made it a point not to.
