Anyway, he did an outstanding job once again and I would recommend anyone to the Hennessy JLR Gwinnett store. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to make a return customer happy. Contacted them about CPO suv, when they sent me the invoice it included $950 for Apex protection (similar to LoJack), $1,246 for a leather and paint protectant Ceramic Lite and dealer service fee of $9 invoice it included $950 for Apex protection (similar to LoJack), $1,246 for a leather and paint protectant Ceramic Lite and dealer service fee of $917. When I objected to these fees and said the Apex and Ceramic Lite, should be optional, the Sales Manger RJ Crites stated “ Did Antonio or anyone from the dealership state we would not not sell the vehicle without the purchase of these products?” WELL, he got me there, because they never responded, just slid down behind that rock they had been hiding behind! Why include it in the first place unless you trying to add some highly profitable add on to the suv price, and that had never been discussed! It’s one thing to have this kind of action from a used car lot, but another from a high end dealership! More
