Hennessy Jaguar Land Rover Gwinnett has been the worst experience with customer service since I have owned a vehicle. I currently own a 2019 Ranger Rover V8 Super Charge and 2019 Jaguar F-Pace and have b experience with customer service since I have owned a vehicle. I currently own a 2019 Ranger Rover V8 Super Charge and 2019 Jaguar F-Pace and have been treated like I don't exist. I recently brought my Jaguar F-Pace in for service in December of 21 and there were several engine codes that came up that I wanted checked out. All they did was reset the codes and gave me the vehicle back and said everything was good. 7 months later, my vehicle begins making terrible engine noise. I went back to Hennessy and the same codes came back up and now they are telling me that they will not accept a warranty fix because they said one of the codes indicated low oil. Why wasn't this explained to me previously? So now I'm stuck with a Jaguar with 54,000 miles on it with an engine that will need replacing at my expense. I will never purchase a Range Rover, Land Rover or Jaguar every again! Not too mention the absolute worst customer service and egotistical attitude from Hennessy Service Dept and the GM RJ Crites. I'm a business owner and if I conducted business this way, I would be out of business quickly. Do yourself a favor, do not deal with Hennessy or Land Rover! More
