I'm currently driving my 2nd car from this dealership in roughly 3 years. My first car jumped time at 33k miles & I refused to keep that vehicle, so we traded into a more expensive model to only fave the s roughly 3 years. My first car jumped time at 33k miles & I refused to keep that vehicle, so we traded into a more expensive model to only fave the same exact problem @ about 50k mile on a car that we got with 30k plus miles on it to start. My 2nd vehicle has had over 4 to 5 engine repairs made by the dealership only to currently be back at the dealership needing additional engine repairs. Poor quality vehicle and experience at this point. More

Hennessy Jaguar Land Rover Gwinnett has been the worst experience with customer service since I have owned a vehicle. I currently own a 2019 Ranger Rover V8 Super Charge and 2019 Jaguar F-Pace and have b experience with customer service since I have owned a vehicle. I currently own a 2019 Ranger Rover V8 Super Charge and 2019 Jaguar F-Pace and have been treated like I don't exist. I recently brought my Jaguar F-Pace in for service in December of 21 and there were several engine codes that came up that I wanted checked out. All they did was reset the codes and gave me the vehicle back and said everything was good. 7 months later, my vehicle begins making terrible engine noise. I went back to Hennessy and the same codes came back up and now they are telling me that they will not accept a warranty fix because they said one of the codes indicated low oil. Why wasn't this explained to me previously? So now I'm stuck with a Jaguar with 54,000 miles on it with an engine that will need replacing at my expense. I will never purchase a Range Rover, Land Rover or Jaguar every again! Not too mention the absolute worst customer service and egotistical attitude from Hennessy Service Dept and the GM RJ Crites. I'm a business owner and if I conducted business this way, I would be out of business quickly. Do yourself a favor, do not deal with Hennessy or Land Rover! More
