I was treated with Courtesy, Service and a desire to make me a new customer. My salesman, Matthew Ryerson was in a class all by himself. I wasn’t pressured but was provided options in buying. In 22 years of driving Jaguars, this was the easiest purchase. I highly recommend Matthew in Sales and Chris in Finance for an enjoyable car buying experience. More

I found everyone in the dealership from the receptionist to the scheduler to the sales staff and the manager to be incredibly friendly and helpful. Zero pressure is to overstate it. They offered me over what I asked for on my trade-in and rolled everything they could into my purchase. I don’t usually recommend businesses to friends since our experiences are all different and I trust that they will make the right decision for themselves. But I am so confident in this dealership that I have already recommended it to a couple of friend - who are likely to become clients. More

We returned to the dealership the second day with the intent of signing, but stormed out of the dealership after dealing with WIL HARRINGTON, the sales manager. He clearly does not know how to treat his customers because all he did was belittle us, smirk, and shake his business card in our faces when we asked for it. I cannot advise this enough - avoid LAND ROVER GWINNETT and specifically WIL HARRINGTON. We ended up signing at the Land Rover North Point, where we had a much more pleasant experience. More

Betrayed by Dealer and Land Rover Previously purchase 19 Jags from this Dealer. This November purchased 2016 Land Rover Discovery. Back in one day because of terrible rattles. Then and only then told of the Bulletins for repairs that would require welding and probable painting and maybe more. Dealer finally bought vehicle back. Tata Motors and Land Rover North America offered me $5000 on another vehicle if I purchased in 12 months. Guess they think I am stupid. Left phone messages and email messages with owner Mark Hennessy but never heard a word. As it turns out there are Discovery Forums indicating many people having the same issues with little or no help from their Dealers or Land Rover. If they will do this to a customer who bought this many cars from them what are they doing to new customers? More
