If you can avoid taking your vehicle for service issues. , please do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. The one in Buckhead is also owned by the same people but I will give it a try. One thing for sure I am not going back to this place. I will try Buckhead to get the Defender serviced and if they are not any better than these guys. I probably will have to look somewhere else. We have purchased well over 15 Land Rover/Range Rover products going on 20 years with this dealer and their affiliate (Hennesey). They ignore calls, don’t complete work, lie about what was done, don’t compensate a loaner, and aren’t equipped to work on said vehicles. the last Range Rover purchased from this dealer as a 2021 Land Rover Range Rover Sport HST. The car has issues since day one. Near the end of the lease we had smoke coming from the hood, tail pipes, and check engine light problems. The dealer had it in 4 times. They didn’t want to offer a tow or a loaner so we had to get a rental car for a few weeks. They “fixed” it 5 separate times. Each time it was worse than before. We finally gave up and sold it to carmax. Don’t do business with them! More
This is my 2nd attempt to do business with this dealership. Now I think I’ve figured it out. I have excellent car credit, have financed vehicles well over 50k without any issues obtaining financing dealership. Now I think I’ve figured it out. I have excellent car credit, have financed vehicles well over 50k without any issues obtaining financing YET each time I reach out to this dealer’s finance department “I need a co-signer.” I haven’t had a co-signer since my 20’s because I’ve earned the honor of having excellent car credit. At least 20 vehicles. It hit me today and I’m going to say it. There is an unconscious bias against people of color within the finance department. I think they purposely don’t take the time to structure the deal properly. The bank they claimed I need a co-signer for has financed multiple vehicles for me, at multiple times, and simultaneously. I call xx. And it’s really sad but if you’re a person of color, this is generally what’s happening. Either that OR the finance team doesn’t know how to structure deals. I was approved automatically through my credit union and have never had an issue obtaining financing at a dealership! This is NOT remotely the most competent dealership. Oh and they sell a lot of branded/lemon titled vehicles. Have fun with this foolishness. Lee advised me that my names didn’t match/couldn’t be verified-what? You have my driver’s license! Just a low level of service for a high quality vehicle manufacturer. More
