I was offered a fair price for my trade-in and was able to make a reasonable deal without major stress. The exact car I wanted happened to be on its way to the dealership, which made things even smoother. When I took delivery, Tom went through the car's features with me. This is my first Honda (after more than 15 years driving Saturns) and I hope Hennessy's service experience will live up to its reputation. After searching extensively in our area we grew frustrated that we might not find the CR-V in the color we wanted. The hackle time with buying this car was Zero, everyone there were very nice and they new that my wife and I would be driving over an hour to pick this car up. Hennessey, got us in and out and we were home by 9:30 with a new Honda CR-V, leather comfort to boot .. :) Overall, Excellent Experience! More

I got my price through "Drive My Dream" so my salesman just had to honor that price. I liked that there was no haggling, and I knew what I was getting before I even got there. Hennesey then located the color and model we wanted, sent drivers to go get it :-) and at pick-up the price was exactly as quoted. "Easy to work with" and "did what they said they would do" are the two things we would say about our Hennesey experience. A simple formula to a successful business! More
