This is the first time that my wife has basically handled the sales process by herself. Stacey Finelli, Internet Director; Dusty Burrows, Sales and Leasing Consultant; and Mike Stallings, F & I Manager were extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. I have nothing but accolades for their treatment of her during this sales process. They fully explained the entire pricing and sales process without any high pressure tactics. We left as fully satisfied and happy customers, and agreed that we would return to Hennessy Honda for our future automotive needs. We also intend to highly recommend Hennessy Honda to our friends and neighbors. We also appreciated the post sale followup by both Stacey and Dusty. I had the most wonderful experience with Stacy Finneli and Hennesy Honda! I bought a brand new 2013 Honda Odyssey EX-L RES from her dealership. Not only did I get the best experience, but I also got the best price. I talked to about 3 other well known dealerships in the Atlanta area (Gwinnett area and Alpharetta area - won't name them, but you can google and find out which dealerships are there). Compared to Stacey and team they were a not even in her league Stacy was always forthright and honest and would put everything in writing. Gwinnet location was helpful - but couldn't beat Staceys price and service. Alpharetta location were liars, manipulators and made a car buying experience what people typically think of... horrible. Stacy and Hennessy were exactly the opposite - kind, considerate, truthful, no pressure, and truly a group of people I would do business with again. When my current honda accord is ready to be replaced - I will definitely come to Stacy to do business again! More

Never having met either Stacey or Dusty, both my wife and I felt we had known them for years within about five minutes after entering the dealership. We were treated with the utmost respect and were made to feel that they were there to serve only us. I am 67 years old and my wife is in here late 50s with many years of buying cars between us and we both agree that our purchase through Stacey and Dusty was the most pleasurable of any we have ever made. Both Stacey and Dusty worked hard to achieve the price point we desired and in the end our final purchase price was much better than expected. We had some questions about our new vehicle which were answered in a very thorough and easily understood manner thus ensuring there wouldn't be any confusion "down the road" (pun intended).
