Mr. Buck was a pleasure to conduct business with, but he went on to other things; I'm quite sure Hennessy Ford is sorry about this. I have since been dealing with Tim Bennewitz, and he is excellent as well, very professional, and well trained. Now let's get to my 2017 Ford Expedition. This vehicle is probably one of the best looking Expeditions ever made, and I've had 3. But this car is one of the biggest disappointments in my entire life. I've had three major problems with this car, and since this was the 1st generation Expedition and Ford had been making them for 20 years I thought they would have had the bugs out by now. This is the only vehicle I've had that left me stranded; thanks for Ford Roadside Assistance, they were excellent by the way. Probably will go back to Toyota. More

Took veh in to get it serviced the service advisor and I went over the necessary service to keep my vehicle up to date. He made sure I was aware of what is needed and the cost in the service advisor and I went over the necessary service to keep my vehicle up to date. He made sure I was aware of what is needed and the cost in advance. He allowed me to show his what I found that was wrong with my car and what it cost to repair. I also reached out to my salesman Jonathan Chambers and he assured me that everything is going to be okay and that service will take care of me. because my vehicle was there for several hours the courier service took me to work and pick me up after work. the cashier was polite, so my experience was a pleasant one.
