Got a car I was excited for, they made it a great experience I came in on a Saturday morning hoping to buy a new Fusion but knowing that it wasn't essential that I buy one that day. Earston and I discussed some details and went to look at cars in the lot. I did a test drive and really liked the car, but the silver color didn't really excite me. As he worked with the manager (whose name I forget, but he was absolutely great as well) we only had to go through their initial offer and then a second offer. So I definitely appreciated that it didn't take hours of negotiating. The manager stopped and chatted with me for a bit to see if he could help me make a decision and when I mentioned that if there was another color available the car would become something I'd be really excited about buying so we went over color options and he came back a few minutes later with one in the color I wanted from a nearby dealership. So I bought that car but at this point it did take a couple of hours to get into and then out of the finance office. That's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. That said, they were able to get the car to the dealership during that wait, so I was able to go home with the new car instead of having to come back on Monday. Again, Earston and the manager both worked wonders to make everything happen and I really appreciate it. More

Above and beyond customer service! I could not have received any better service. Test driving a Ford Focus at 7:30 at night ( closing at 8), I was so excited about the car that I left I could not have received any better service.
