Sour grapes! Started great but ended on a sour note. I found the truck on the internet and was surprised by the large selection and aggressive pricing. The interne Started great but ended on a sour note. I found the truck on the internet and was surprised by the large selection and aggressive pricing. The internet manager tried to do his job and get me committed to coming to the dealership for a test drive but I wasn't interested. I knew what I wanted and with 4 young kids and a real estate business, I didn't have time to waste kicking tires, test driving and arguing over terms. At my request he got me directly in touch with a sales manager. We worked out the terms and I committed to come in the following morning to purchase the truck. I told the sales manager I had financing through my bank, wasn't buying a warranty and because I would have 4 young kids with me I needed to be in and out as quick as possible. I sent my funding approval, insurance and drivers license in advance to help expedite the process. It was downhill from here. The salesman task with helping me was very nice, but I ended up at the dealership for hours. The salesman ask for everything I had already sent the sales manager, so I had to find it all and resend it from my phone. He had to get all the customary forms filled out and signed so the finance manager could prepare the contracts. At one point when he ask for my social security, I objected because I already had financing and didn't want my credit being shopped around when I had a great rate with my bank. He assured me that it was just for the contracts and file and that my credit wouldn't be run and I wouldn't be applying for credit anywhere. This turned out to be untrue and my biggest source of disappointment in this process. All in all it was fine but there is definitely room for improvement. It took entirely too long for someone who came prequalified with the specific intention to purchase a pre selected vehicle. To add insult to injury I realized about half way home that the truck was on empty and needed gas. Side note, the dealership is being renovated, so it's a disaster at the moment, but looks like it will be really nice when finished. Oh and it sounds like there is water in the cab of my truck, so now I need to figure that out. More

Got to the dealership and was given another sales person while the original sales guy walked around and ignore us like we gave him a problem. Dealership DOES NOT SPOT CARS BASED ON CREDIT. All 3 of my credit reports came back over 700. Credit guy took the first available Bank that responded. I was getting letters over the next week of Banks that approved me with a better rate, but Hennessy couldn't wait and didn't advice me that they hadn't heard back from other Banks. They wanted to close that day and didn't care how much it cost me. The straw that broke the camels back and caused me to take time to write this review is that my temp tag expires in two days and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY NEW PLATE. Just got off the phone on my 2nd call to tag and title office and I'm being told everything has been handled. Rep slipped up and told me paperwork was submitted on 10/5!! This dealer only wants to sell fast and don't care what they are selling. Bought a 2016 Range Rover Evoque, not a cheap car, and had a lot of issues that leaves me thinking the quality of inspection that they make to the cars they sell. After the sale, they ask you how everything went, and after giving my answer with my comments and complains, they didn't even have the courtesy to reply. The salesman called me a few weeks after, and asked me about the experience with my car, and after i told him all my complains, he told me that his manager will call me the next day or in a couple of days. It's been a month and nothing. The only care to sell by volume, nothing for a great buyers experience, and even worst for a returning costumer like me. So, my suggestion is to find a better place to buy, where they care about the costumer and sell a good product. More
