Bait & Switch Sales manager would not support his sales person's agreement. After agreeing upon the price, the sales manager changed the deal because he claimed the Sales manager would not support his sales person's agreement. After agreeing upon the price, the sales manager changed the deal because he claimed the salesperson did not have the authority to include the option of adding a bed-liner to the truck at the advertised price. The poor salesperson did his best to represent Hennessy with an honest and straight forward sales pitch to sell a used truck. His management team ruined the experience completely. Shortly after I purchased the vehicle I discovered the brake shims were falling out. We had it repaired elsewhere. I will not return to Hennessy Ford. More

BE AWARE... REVIEW YOUR PURCHASE - Terrible customer service This is the most unprofessional service from a dealer and worst experience with a company that is meant to guarantee customer satisfaction and safety. This is the most unprofessional service from a dealer and worst experience with a company that is meant to guarantee customer satisfaction and safety. Be aware. This is an updated experience I had with this dealership Hennessys Ford. I purchased a car 4 months ago that failed few days after. (Experience below). I was told on my last visit that the problem was easy and would never happen again. Three weeks ago, the same issue occurred and this dealer has refused to take responsibility on it. Few days after I reported the issue, I received a call from one of the sales manager that offered all kind of services that just half hr after refused to go such as take the car to review it, verify it and fix it. For about a week I tried on all ways possible, even thru Ford Company, to have Hennessys ford to fix my car and even though I am under warranty they tried to address the problem over the phone and refuse to take my car. My other proposal was to change the car for a similar one so then they can solve the problem with this car and get over with this issue. They came back to me with a trade in offer. They wanted to buy the same Car I purchased US 5,000 less. In other words, I was going to lose in this transaction because of an issue I am not responsible of. They even tried to explain me it was a good deal. I can spend the whole day writing about all the details, but the conclusion is to all customers…. BE AWARE.. DON’T TRUST and do your research about the cars and responsibilities of the dealers. Once they sell you, or at least this dealer, you are responsible of everything. I say it because this car was suppose to not have accident and I have appraised the car to have it trade in on another dealer and they found it was involved in an accident. Lastly, do no attempt to reach me out or contact me unless you are giving all my money back. I am trying to solve this issue on my own and do not need any pseudo advice from anybody on this dealer. -------------- Prior Review My experience overall has been DISAPPOINTING AND UNFAIR. Good luck to all future buyers. 1) I was looking for a Ford Explorer 2018-2019 for 2wks and found some on Hennessy Ford. I Took advantage if a trip to Atlanta (I live hrs. away) and went there. 2) No complaints about the seller man Tim, to Caesar what is Caesar’s. This issue is beyond what he can do. 3) Since I know what I was looking It took me 10 min ride to decide that I wanted this car. FIRST ERROR. Make sure you inspect Cars even though they are 2019. It is preowned with 17k Miles. They talked amazing things about the car before selling it. But what would be wrong on a 2019 Ford Explorer bought from Ford? What are the odds? 4) After agreeing on a deal, I took a lunch while they prep the paperwork. For some how the finance Specialist, forgot his name, was upset and for two occasions threw the envelope with paperwork to me instead of handing it nicely which is expected on a sale of this magnitude. He barely kicked me out of his office and I kind of thought about not doing the business but after a long day off-work, two hrs. away from home I guess I thought we all can have some issues. 5) I decided to leave the car to come back the following weekend as the car was not clean then. 6) When I came back with the family all excited for new first car…. It was not ready yet. I guess someone forgot to do something. SECOND 7) When finally, was ready I found the car had some scratches that seemed to be a slight dent on the bumper. It did not have that before. Since it was cosmetic, I just wanted to take the car and enjoy with the family. THIRD. They could not have an answer for that. 8) I realized it was missing one mat on the passenger side and their answer was: It is preowned and they may miss some items TRUE!!!!!!. Now What would it cost to FORD HENNESSY to grab a single mat from another one to make my experience better???? I did not say anything because It did not make any sense to me. No prob. TEEEERRIBLE SERVICE 9) At this point I was ok, driving my new car excited with the family... terrible experience so far and with out the mat. I grab one of my wife’s car right there since I did not want to mess our new car…. Now is where all the fun begins… 10) 8:00 AM Monday (next day, less than 200 miles of driving my car) to go work on my new car…what a fun. Would no start. Whaaaaaaaaaaaat…. Yes!!! It Did not start. But no stress, called uber got work… accidentally left phone on the uber… another history… Once I recovered my phone, I sent a text to the sale guy to tell what happened. He said try jump starting the car… kind a weird to me because I suspected of something else… but guess what, when I got from work 6pm the car just started so I just felt alleviated and said well I will take it to the dealer later. They were supposed to call me and follow up and NEVER happened. FOUR 11) I have (Yes, I have because I still have the problem) a trip to Atlanta this week 08/12/19 so decided to wait till then to have the car checked on ford. The issue happened other 2 or 3 times but fortunately I left the car alone for an hr. and then it would start. I decided not to take it to ford right away since I wanted to take it exactly to the dealer I bought it. 12) Friday 6PM (less than two weeks)… nice. Car would not start at all. The service guy never called me and no one here to help. 13) I called Hennessy ford Saturday and pretty much I was guilty of all that happened I guess for buying a car that is failing the next day. The car is now on a nearby dealer ship being checked. At this point after Hennessey knowing of the issue has not even called to know what’s going on. 14) I still plan on going this week once I get the car fixed hopefully and, drop the car and get my money back!!!!!!!! Drove over 300 miles to purchase New 2019 Ford Fusion Terrance Estelle was great to work with. We were able to get all of the details finalized prior to driving to the dealership. When we arrived all the documents were as promised, great car for a great price. I love my car and will definitely call him for our next purchase.
