Called and made an appointment for oil change and front brake squealing (pad rub). I was pleasantly greeted by Chris and he listened to what was wrong and troubleshot what might be the issue This was my first time at this dealership. He then called me a few short hours later to let me know the issue and the total repair costs. He made the process very easy and was very friendly and helpful. Have had issues with every Ford Transit Connect. It takes about 4 to 6 weeks to get the vehicles serviced when there is an issue. I know that Covit 19 has been the last issue, but having vehicle in th takes about 4 to 6 weeks to get the vehicles serviced when there is an issue.
