I scheduled an oil change for 8 in the morning. After waiting 1 1/2 hours I inquired as to what the delay was. The tech was still working on it. Only to discover after an hour and 45 minutes it needed waiting 1 1/2 hours I inquired as to what the delay was. The tech was still working on it. Only to discover after an hour and 45 minutes it needed a plug. Was told it would be another 15 minutes. Didn’t have the part and waited for the part to be delivered. 3 1/2 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. Change the name to slow lane. Certainly not Quick Lane. They also were trying to charge me for labor. More

When explaining what the issue(s) I have been experiencing, was told that one could not be replicated (which it happened on my drive home after picking up the car; the other, for them putting the car in park and noticing that the vehicle did not register park, was told that I needed to pay a diagnostic fee for this. What shop in their right mind does not plug a computer in a modern day car and get the whole read out, instead of having 2 different people do it and charge you for each time. My advice is to stay away from here as this is not the first bad experience I encountered, but at least the 2nd or third. Was going to give them the benefit of the doubt with giving another chance, should have just stuck with going else where in the first place, would have been better off and probably gotten my issue(s) resolved without feeling like a dummy. More
