I bought a brand new 2020 F150 and 2 weeks later had to bring it in for a water leak. I spent several hours 2 separate days trying to get an appointment to get the leak repaired and also a loaner vehicle t bring it in for a water leak. I spent several hours 2 separate days trying to get an appointment to get the leak repaired and also a loaner vehicle to drive as they said it may take upwards of 5 hours for the repair. They were not helpful and would not give me a loaner vehicle to drive from the service department. I tried calling my sales person Brian Winn to get a loaner vehicle as this is a brand new truck and it is already frustrating that there is a problem with it at all. After a few tries I was able to get into contact with him. He said he would get with his manager and figure it out. He did not call me back for 6.5 hours and I missed the call. I called him back within 10 minutes though he did not answer or return my call. I went to the dealership at my appointment time and of course no one had a loaner for me. I've been sitting here for 3 hours so far. No one seems to care about you once you've signed the paperwork to buy the vehicle. I had really hoped for better customer service from the dealership. I am frustrated and very, very disappointed. There are plenty of other Ford dealerships around the area, I encourage you to find one that actually cares about the customer’s experience. More

Have been loyal customer for years, but last few visits I have had a number of issues with Hennessy Ford: (1) taking too long to turn around vehicle ( sits for days with no activity) but even worst not fixi have had a number of issues with Hennessy Ford: (1) taking too long to turn around vehicle ( sits for days with no activity) but even worst not fixing items appropriately --or at all --and sadly resulting in return visits. I value my time and this is so necessary and unproductive for both the dealership and myself. Service Rep is doing the best he can, but internal process breakdowns needs to be fixed. More

The service department has improved a lot in the last year but, they still have a lot of improvement to do. Hopefully, they will get there soon. I am assuming that because the car that I wanted was only 10k that they really didn't feel it important to treat me as a welcomed paying customer. I had to go back and forth with the sales manager who kept telling me that he already got the car down low so he felt he didn't have to do anything else to make me satisfied, I could tell the sales lady who sold me my car was ready for me to get my car and get out. All in all she did help me as best as she could. I was happy that she introduced me to the service dept. I don't think this is a bad dealership I just think they could have made me feel more welcomed as a customer. The receptionist with the bedazzled face mask was the best person I encountered, More
