I know dealers get a bad rap with respect to their service department, but Hennesy tries very hard to provide the customer with an excellent experience. We bought a used Ford from an independent car d service department, but Hennesy tries very hard to provide the customer with an excellent experience. We bought a used Ford from an independent car dealer "as is" and realized a week later we had multiple issues that only a true Ford dealer could address. Our Service agent, Charles, worked with us, understood our budget constraints and the unexpected repairs. I am not used to paying list price for anyhting, but I new I was going get a return on the cost. I really believe the Charles was trying to provide a safe and reliable vehicle for our daughter and not just worried about closing a sale. I know that in the future, when I bring the car back, that we have a history, and that he will treat us right and it may not be cheap, but it will be right. More
