I purchased a used 2017 F150 from Hennessy about 3 weeks ago. During the sales process, which was a great experience, they promised to repair a couple of small scratches that were cosmetic. Frankly, they probably would have promised me anything to get the deal done, since it was late on the last day of the month. I should have known better. Unfortunately when it came to actually making good on their promises, the urgency is not so great. It took me a couple of weeks to actually get it scheduled and they have now had my truck for over a week. When I asked for a loaner, they said that was not an option, so I've been without transportation now for over a week. When I called for a status yesterday, I was told that my truck is at some third party body shop that closed down from a Covid outbreak. I can't even get my truck back. When I asked the sales rep about a loaner again, he gave me his manager's cell phone number and said to call him. He said "I'm busy with new customers". I'm a business owner and I'm a really patient person. I completely understand that things don't always go exactly as planned especially in this challenging time of Covid, but this is getting ridiculous. I just wanted to share my experience so others can be aware of challenges when dealing with Hennessy Ford in Chamblee. More

When I learned that my Service Advisor Mary Sharp had left and joined Hennessy, it was a no-brainer for me to transfer my services as I wanted someone that I could trust, was knowledgeable and, who understood my needs.
