Dealt with sales associates Quinn Lewis and Vick Atefi in the purchase of my Cadillac. Both were very helpful and professional and this was a big factor in my dealing with Hennessy opposed to a different dea the purchase of my Cadillac. I was looking to purchase a 2021 Escalade ESV. I gave a deposit to hold the vehicle. I was not approved through their lenders but my Credit Union approved me 100%. I went through all the paper work only to deposit to hold the vehicle. I was not approved through their lenders but my Credit Union approved me 100%. I went through all the paper work only to find out they would NOT accept a cashiers check from my CU because it was out of state. We offered to leave the vehicle there until the check cleared. They know the transaction is legit and refuse to sell me a 100k vehicle. The lack of communication is awful. More

There’s a lot I could say but I’ll keep it simple. I purchased a ‘16 Escalade with an inoperable touchscreen, and brake pads that don’t even have a tiny bit left on them. These things seem ridiculously hard to miss during an inspection. The GRINDING was so horrible and scary! As a mom of 3, safety was so important to me! I did NOT expect my brakes to be completely gone after only owning it 2 months!! Do not trust this dealership! More

Hennesy Cadillac went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted! The salesman Steven Song really went to bat for me. Horrible customer service, the sales person Matthew Thopre I worked with told me via text message that he would hold the vehicle I was looking at while my credit app was being processed. They ran my credit multiple times without my permission (i agreed to one credit pull) and then sold the car all before communicating to me my approval. One of the finance managers Katy Franks, hung up on me because she didn't do her job. The multiple times that I called in for updates she would always say the short staffing is the reason for the lack of communication. Im not upset about them selling the car, it's the disrespect and lack of professionalism. I reached out the the general manager Josh Jones to speak to him about what occurred but he never returned my call. More
